I'm about to send my bracelet to MY and did email him about touching up my bezel insert. Unfortunately, the answer was no to the bezel insert work.

Sagging (or "stretch") is the result of excessive wear caused by the grinding action of dirt in the links, so the key to long bracelet life is frequent cleaning.
