Apologies if my post seems to hijack this thread. I just dont come across too many Bremont postings (since the brand doesnt interest me that much anymore) and I wanted to share a story.

I met one of the founders at the opening of their flagship store in New York.
A fascinating design philosophy and I was taken in.

Untill their sales manager explained to me that they had tried selling to pilots but that this didnt work "because us guys are cheap". (I was wearing a Patek 5726 which I am not sure he was aware of).

Despite this comment I had the impression that we had good conversations and the founder and sales manager recommended me to send them both an email pertaining to one of our discussion topics.

Email sent to both and never received any sign of life. So by this measure, at their price level, I would not choose or recommend a Bremont. They make an interesting product and have certainly made a name for themselves in a relatively short time but for me they just arent quite there yet.

Nothing could illustrate this fact more than the words of Nick English himself.

+1 why I won't give this brand any money. No need to support deception when there are so many other good brands out there.
