It is a wrist watch and a beautiful one at that.

Very chunky and well suited for the long haul. I love it. However, one sales guy at a chain AD criticized me for wearing it with shorts. But, that's T for you.

the only reason why I don't wear mine everyday is: I would not want the other pieces in my rotation to get jealous...

The MGGV is a great and special Rolex but just not an everyday beater for me... I prefer my daily watches to have a date feature and no PCL's.
