Have't been back to the beach since.

When I was about 18, I went 'Inter-Railing' around Europe with my bro.
Not very organised - often arrived in places without anywhere to stay, and no local currency (no Euro back then…).

Slept a night on that beach, out in the open, in sleeping bags, on a hotel's private beach. Really classy behaviour! Got kicked off in the morning by the guy with a rake for the sand, but not before we'd already woken up, hot and sweaty, and our faces smothered in mosquito bites; lips, eyelids, the lot! Hideous, but hilarious, too.

I haven't been back to that beach either…
