The 16700 GMT Master is the one to get. The last GMT Master made and sapphire crystal to boot. A modern classic. I've had the ceramics in both TT SS, 16710, couple 1675s and I still prefer the Pepsi bezel on the older GMTs. My opinion of course

Stainless is just a classic in any sport watch. I would go SS

Actually, your trusty X-33 is made entirely of titanium, bracelet as well. Your Speedy is highly collectible now that the X-33 was discontinued. That X-33 is very cool, especially the 80db alarm clock! I unfortunately passed on a firesale deal from an AD 5 years ago. Back then Omega was consolidating most of the ADs in my city in lieu of opening a few boutiques (which they eventually did).

Anyway, if you're seeking a replacement, I would stick with an all steel watch. Forget the TT and save up for an all gold watch!

The title of the post needs to be changed TT vs SS. Gold vs TT is so misleading. Duh

I got a two-toned steel gold. Love the contrast difference.

It's hard to put a number to it but my estimate is SS will probably show 1/2 to 1/3 the amount of stretch when compared to solid gold over the same period and under the same conditions. Two tone, provided a solid gold link center, will be closer to that of solid gold than SS.
Agreed !

Tt is the way to go. It is more versatile with your attire. It can be dressed up or down and still look amazing. At the end of the day it's what appeals to you most. Life is to short to worry about stretch!

I meant the Speedmaster Pro. I have the X-33 on a navy blue strap. I'm keeping them all and will only wear the X-33 in the cockpit. There's no space in a fighter cockpit, everything gets scratched.

Thanks all for your input. I'll be headed to an AD to try them on with your recommendations in mind.
