I have it set to my local time so I can easily see what time it is at home when I travel, 12hr hands are always set to the local time where I am. If I really want to keep track of GMT, I would rotate the bezel and track it as a 3rd time zone.

I'm set to GMT. I had it originally set to Manila time so I could keep the bezel in the "default" position but it's kinda interesting twisting the bezel to reflect the 2nd timezone.

Mine sits at local time, but during the Sochi games I set it to that time zone just for kicks. Like some others here I don't travel much and I have no need to keep track of another time zone.

GMT hand always set to home, hour hand set to local time. When I'm at home and the GMT hand shows that it's more than halfway through the day, it lights a fire under my @ss because it seems like I haven't accomplished enough yet!

Mine is set to GMT. This is useful as GMT rules aviation time. I frequently travel for fun and just rotate the bezel so the GMT hand points to local time. This works just fine for me. I've changed the hour hands a couple of times but found I prefer knowing my home time for some reason. The GMT is such a great watch!

I always set 12 hand for home time and 24 hand for UTC. I never change both 12&24 hand. when i travel i just rotate bezel depends on local time zone. as a result, i still get my home time on 12 hand and local time on 24 hand. if i want to know UTC time, i just rotate bezel to the top index.

I set 24 hour hand to ZULU time and rotate the bezel for home time if going out of home time zone, and quick set the hour hand to local time.

Rotating bezel for local time so you don't have to quickset the hour hand sounds like a novel idea, but I wouldn't use that method because it's counter productive. If you rotate the bezel for home time when outside your home time zone, you are able to quickly know if it's 0700 vs 1900hrs, for instance. Whereas if you had moved the bezel for local time and left the regular hour hand on home time, you don't know if it's 0700 or 1900.
