I had the same experience when I purchased my GMT from an AD, sales guy and I couldn't find it. Only took me another week to find it!

I think the LEC is a neat little feature/trademark and I hope Rolex doesn't discontinue it.

I have 4 Rolex watches. I was only able to see it in one. The one that I bought from a reputable seller here. The other 3 I got from a Rolex AD. So go figure!
Don't worry. I'm sure your watch is genuine.

Post pictures so we can share your joy.

As suggested, dark room, led light shone from 12 to 6 position at low angle, and there it is.
As Invictus, couldn't let it go. First time owner and all that, very pleased, panic over. thank you all for your help. Chris
Strange how Harrods guy couldn't see it with a loupe. Doesn't matter now :)

You know, this might be the best Forum I've ever seen, or even HEARD of.

Just ask, and you get a collective 400 years of zero lex expert advice. Pretty cool!

I have no idea what "zero lex" is. I asked my iPad, and it doesn't know, either. Sorry. My iPad's bad.

That's funny. I spend all day on my iPhone jumping back and forth between English and Spanish on messaging apps. I forget to change the keyboard back to either English or Spanish all the time and translations it spits out are ridiculous.

To the OP, congrats on your watch. Glad your crisis is over. Now let's see some pics!

Wow!!!!

Have you ever seen an etched Logo jump out at you like THIS?

As suggested by the sagacious members of this Forum, I used a green laser as an acute angle, and WOW!

Finally found mine after a week of looking. What worked for me was to look at the watch from the 3 o'clock side while shining a white led torch at low angle from 12 o'clock. Then I slowly tilted the watch away (towards 9 o'clock) and it became visible when the watch was tilted perhaps 15 degrees. If the watch was flat I could not see it at all. Cool feature!
