SORRY THERE IS NO SUN THIS MORNING IN AUSTIN—SO PICS DON’T DO IT JUSTICE RIGHT NOW. I’LL POST MORE LATER THIS AFTERNOON WHEN SUN IS OUT--so please check back.
_____

Not a shocker—here she is – a BNIB 44mm all ceramic (one I’ve been wanting since last year, but has been impossible to find). Every AP AD said no way, AP NYC said MAYBE IF they could get AP to release one, and my normal trusted TRF seller said his contacts said not happening.

Well, a great trusted seller Deep House made it happen! Not an easy feat, but he did it. A+ to Deep House for his help and an AMAZING piece.

I know, many here think (like the 44mm FC) it’s too monotone. I couldn’t disagree more. The ceramic in the light is like butter and shines—just yummy to look at! What’s not to love—it’s all ceramic!

Did I want the new 44mm ceramic anthracite dial—yes. But since AP pulled the tease now, and release in 2015, I had to get the all ceramic 44mm. Now I’ve owned all 44mm novelties—and this one is my favorite (especially since I don’t like heavy watches—as much as I loved RG, it was too uncomfortable for me).

For those on the fence, GET IT (well if you can find one). The weight is perfect—just slightly heavier than FC, but not by much. And it just pops on the wrist!

Here are the (non-sunny) pics—enjoy!

Very nice. You will love the ceramic case, it really shines in the sun. I love mine, albeit in the smaller 42mm flavor. Enjoy -- it may even replace your FC!

Thanks guys!!

I'm in with this watch...just perfect weight, comfort and actually the ceramic has a very dark shade of grey/very light shade of black. Super nice contrast.

CERAMIC MORE GREY THAN BLACK IN LIGHT:

And if they don't restart production, it will be a pretty rare piece as well!

Awesome. This watch is best of both worlds because you get the famous brushed finish with a case that will always be perfect!!
