This is, and unfortunately, a direct result of the Canadian dollar and is simply a price correction for a devalued dollar.
I also can confirm the increase in both Alberta and BC.

I love canada and it's good people. That said, let the Canadian dollar slip far enough that a condo in Toronto sounds reasonable!

I would have thought you'd prefer that condo in a warmer place like Florida Tom.?!?!
Don't get me wrong though, Toronto, and Canada as whole is fantastic place to live and visit!

Florida is high on my list as well! Unfortunately no currency fluctuations to aid me there. Maybe a downfall in the Real/USD to lessen the competition :)

Jeez...I wish they would hurry up and have a price increase in the US!
I am content with my collection at the moment and I need that BLNR to increase in price to make me feel a little bit better about paying so close to retail (shudder)!
