I am not complaining ... it's part of football. The 90 final was terrible indeed.

here is the original and the english translation: Brasil, decime qué se siente tener en casa a tu papá. (Brazil, tell me how it feels to have daddy at home) Te juro que aunque pasen los años, nunca nos vamos a olvidar... (I swear that, though years go by, we will never forget...) Que el Diego te gambeteó, que Canni te vacunó, que estás llorando desde Italia hasta hoy. (that Diego has dribbled you, that Canni has vaccinated you, that you´ve been crying since Italy till today.) A Messi lo vas a ver, la Copa nos va a traer, Maradona es más grande que Pelé. (You will see Messi, he is going to bring us the Cup, Maradona is greater than Pelé.)

Yeah I know, the English will never forgive Maradona for that handball but I don't care, we were never going to win that WC and Maradona scored the best goal I have ever seen for the second goal and is still the best player I have ever seen... altho if Messi wins you the WC then he is probably better as they have the same skill level but Messi's acceleration and speed is faster. But he has to do it in a WC and take his team all the way like Maradona did.

Messi! Messi! Messi! I think you know who I'm rooting for. I wasn't even a soccer fan until recently, but the people there converted me with there passion and support for the sport. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fu0ZaRng7dc |

It's not like Belgium were hammered, was a good effort.
Argentina played better today than against the Swiss. Have a chocolate, a beer and relax!! |

We played really well today. Didn't give you guys many chances and should have won by two at least. I was so nervous I couldn't watch the last 10 minutes.
Back in the semis after 24 years! Aguante Argentina!

Argentina did well, professional job done. I thought Belgium needed to be more creative going forward, Hazard needed to do much more. Great finish by Higuain who had a surprisingly good game and most important of all Messi is not injured. I think I will bet on them to win the whole thing now.
