I always find it curious when some of us, Rolex enthusiasts, think Rolex should not comply with legitimate customers requests…. How strange….

And I find a bit strange too that these same folks start a new topic which claims to be "ironical" when their opinion has been overruled by Rolex itself and that the initial previous topic has been closed.

Maybe they feel that this very wise Rolex decision is too difficult to stomach?

Ok

What I find hard to stomach is when people can't read and understand a thread.

The topic here is about a USPS registered package that reached Rolex in one (1) day and they (Rolex) responded immediately the very same day with a phone call.

So are you saying that the whole story was made up, or just the part about getting things finally sorted by Rolex? It's not really clear. Thanks.

I can't answer that question as I have no knowledge if the whole story was made up, what I'm saying is that the later part is definitely not true.

I agree it was very fast, perhaps unfeasibly so, but why would he pretend that everything was fixed and settled, with the elaboration of a heavily discounted blnr, if it wasn't, I wonder. Unless it was some kind of "out of court settlement" with Rolex.
