Gerardo: That culinary listing is beyond me, but did I see a paella in the original
dinner? I think that is what it was, and I'll bet that had amazing taste!...especially with a fine wine....congrats!(I had some cooking lessons lately from a certified executive chef from new jersey who taught us empanadas and chicken soup, but you are in the "super advance class"....)

It was paella, and taste was great (unfair coming from the cook )
