I like your comment about Rolex being like new cars.
It may take awhile to get used to the new design.
I have often had the same thought.
I remember when Porsche came out with the 911 in 1965.
It was of course to replace the venerable 356.
Many officianados called the new 911 the "Clownmaster".
The 911 remains an ICON today more than 40 years later.

Looks like there's the usual disappointment from Rolex.....and, like I said, the TT GMT-IIC seems to be the best model to come out of from them in recent times.
