Stunning pic Patrick. Not sure I'll ever be a YG guy myself, but I can certainly appreciate the 718's beauty.

Congrats, I am no longer keen on full gold watches as I used to but I must admit yellow gold made by Rolex is just gorgeous

The PCLs are still in great shape so far, I kept it and the 116618LB in the bank vault when I went on holiday last month.

Thanks but I meant to ask how they are holding up if you wear the watch regularly. Given the relative softness of gold and the polished finish, I was curious if the PCLs are ultra scratch magnets.

For me they are no different from SS PCLs, they do have very mild swirlies but nothing serious, I'm not rough on any of my watches.

I wore the YG watches 3 times a week as I rotate my watches, so far they don't seem to have any serious swirls or scratches.

Saw your post at an AD, get one, you'll love it my friend!

Thanks for the feedback Patrick. The GMT is an absolutely gorgeous watch and I'm seriously considering it. But having a hard time deciding. Enjoy your beauty!

Gold is more robust than many give it credit for. I no longer have any concerns wearing mine daily.

Very nicely done. I have three GMTs but not the drail 718; may have to thin the herd and shuffle things around a bit in 2015.
