Very sorry Tim...I've lost two cats and it was a very painful time.

Condolences Tim, went through the same thing. She was 14 years old, she liked to sleep right on my chest. Her purring put me to sleep.
Good thoughts sent your way.

Tim, so very sorry to hear the news. RIP, Max. I am glad he went peacefully at the end with you there.
(I have to comment on the photo of Sylvester. I too had a cat named Sylvester who I had to put down at 21 years of age. One of the hardest things I ever had to do, but it was time. Had to comment on the coincidence).

My sincerest condolences, we are pet people as well and have experienced a loss as well. It's devastating to lose a member of your family. At least he went peacefully, and he's in a better place now.

Hi Tim, my sympathies on the passing of your good friend.
The consolation that I always take when one of my furry friends has passed on is that they have had as good a life as a cat or dog can have during their time with my family and we have likewise enjoyed their company also.
