I love both, fluted or smooth bezel. Pretty much, if you have the extra bucks, go for the fluted look, its classic Rolex. I love the blue much better than the silver & IMO think the silver should be a darker shade or have Rhodium available with white sticks. I find the silver a bit hard to read.

All the best. :-)

Blue Flutted all the way. I got mine around the same time last year. You're gonna love how the blue changes tones under different lights.

Stunning picture. How could you pass on that blue fluted bezel?

Completely agree with that. Also, sat next to someone with a silver DJII last week and was a bit underwhelmed. For some reason the batons on the silver didn't speak to me.

Thank you all who shared his/her opinion. Common sense is blue + fluted. That's why I'll go with silver + domed

At the end of the day you will need to be happy with the watch. If the silver domed is what makes you happy that's all that matters. If you buy one based on what is popular but does not sing to you then you will regret it. Good luck and go with what you love

Do they put a domed bezel on a blue??? That DJ2 blue is awesome. But I am a domed bezel fan.
