I do not like giving advice without me asking but in this case because it's you who ask I tell my humble opinion. I would never do a trade or such. The Rolex you have of 2014 is the most quoted and top of the line is and and never has a large devaluation instead a used 305 Panerai loses much of its value.
I want to clarify that I like Panerai and do not want to speak bad of that watch. I have a Rolex 2013 as yours and I would also get a PAM 005 like the one you have. So I think you're fortunate to have these two watches.
But I repeat it is only mi opinion.

I had and then sold 000 177 009 390 but the sub 305 is untouchable

I wouldn't do the trade, especially since you have the 005. Save up and look at a bunch of pics to try satiate your need for a new watch! 👍
