Not a chance to accept the watch.

Get a new one that is untouched. That's the meaning of 'brand new'

Have you had a chance to speak with the AD where it was purchased?
Interested in hearing the explanation.

I was freaking out when I got my SS SubC delivered. The dealer promised me the spare links would be in the little pocket in the lid of the green display box. I looked and looked, under the pillow etc. Turns out the spare links were in a little plastic baggie in the plastic packing 'coffin'.

I'm guessing you've looked everywhere for the missing links already, but my two cents worth.

Good luck getting an agreeable resolution mate.

Its had to fathom that the AD would have thought this would go unnoticed and unchallenged - 25% of the bracelet missing? Surely there must be an explanation - will be interesting to hear the outcome!

But that will relieve some of the pain.

Good outcome.

Yeah, it was all wrapped in stickers, in its box with the right bits.
