And, of course, the extra thickness means you have to wear it over the cuff for maximum exposure.

I had wondered/worried about how it would work w cuffs. I don't wear suit jackets for work. At least w a BB dress shirt it slipped fine under the cuff...but I sure wanted to let it peek out for bragging rights!!

Tried one on today, thinking of doing the same, trading my SS White daytona for a new SD4K.

Any regrets? Really like the look of the SD not too big or boxy looking, but having an old submariner and DSSD in the collection not sure as they look v. Similar

It's just been a couple days, so no regrets yet!

As I've said before, for me, I found I was more in love w the idea of owning a Daytona, then actually wearing the watch. It was a beautiful piece. But, for me, I found it hard to read the time, I missed a date, and the polished mid links were not my style. It was, for me, too much to have invested in a watch I wasn't really "in love" with. Hopefully I will fall in love w the SD4k more each day.
