I travel with 2 Rolexes all over the world. One in the carry on and one on the wrist.
Both bought in Sweden and if they will be sold, it will be in Sweden.

If I travel like this to the US, what happens?

Carry an 80's boom box playing "Old time rock and roll". Wear a pair of tighty whitey's and slide on through on your sox "Risky Business" style. (Am I dating myself?)

Ever wonder why so many NIB grey market watches (especially the ones on this forum) have French Canadian warranty cards?

Actually most of the watches from overseas ADs come from ITALY. Heard this from a reliable source.

Take a look at the Rolex FS section on this forum. Vast majority of the NIB watches are Canadian. It's not even close.

Dude, what is illegal and what is th problem? As long as your not smuggling a kilo of blow who cares. I have never taking a watch off, they simple look at your wrist and so, your good. If you had a briefcase full of them, could be a red flag to ask you questions. With a rolex in your bag, I wouldn't lose a wink of sleep over it. Their gonna care less, as they have bigger fish to fry

It is illegal to Import Rolex into the U.S. You are allowed to hand carry 1 in. There are many instances where someone carrying more than 1 have had watches confiscated. This is the law, like it or not. Proceed at your own risk.

And how does this make it any less illegal?

I suggest using an extra one as a bribe at the border; that's what they are good for. I remember this from a number of months back.

Watches come from all over. Some sellers have sources in Europe (I've bought them), some use Asia (bought them), and yet others use Canada (haven't bought one yet).
