Martu Straps used to have very good quality, thick, hand made straps. Unfortunately, their recent straps weren't the same quality and were much thinner.

I know one doctor (MD) in Europe who makes custom leather bands as his hobby. He typically manufactures 24mm and 26mm leather straps for Panerais. But he made a few 20mm straps per my request. I can post pictures of those straps on Monday.
