Have seen the LV in the AD but never a BLNR. I think the BLNR is harder to get in my experience. If you look at the secondary market, LV's are discounted more than BLNR's if that is any indication of supply / demand.

My local AD has the LV, BLRO, WG Sub in their showcase but no BLNR. According to the AD, BLNR are still hard to get and they sell out because there is still a waiting list for it. The BLNR is a great watch and worth the wait if you can find one.

The BLNR is definitely more rare in London. It took me a while to source and eventually had to go through an independent dealer to source one from an AD in Greece!

Strange... as I mentioned earlier, BLNR often seen in the window display of my local AD (non-London).

Just today I saw a BLNR billboard in both Detroit and Chicago... Maybe it is time to create visibility in the market to non-collectors. What does that say?

Readily available here.

LVC multiples available at multiple dealers.

BLNR...in stock, but only one on display instead of multiples..

But If I wanted one, I could have one easily tomorrow morning..

Do you know which one is harder to get at ADs now? And which one is more "limited" compared with SubC.

Neither.
Just look at incoming threads. Most are blnr

I wouldn't consider any of them limited, they certainly are less seen than other models in display cases of ADs, but they are produced in large quantities and dealers often keep them in the back to fuel the limited hype.

I would say the BLNR is currently more sought after, just because in newer.

There are plenty of BLNRs for sale in the forums, most of them BNIB but in time they will be as readily available as LVs are today.

I like the BLNR better, but I believe some people will flip them for something more subdued in time.

I have yet to see a BLNR in real life. Elusive but certainly not limited. I predict the BLNR will be Rolex's hottest GMT ever.

I've still never seen a BLNR in the wild or at an AD. I usually make my rounds at the nyc ADs at least 4 times a year. I see the LVC everyday though ;)

In The Netherlands the BLRN is not that easy to find at the AD and I only saw it once in the wild.
The grey dealers are giving minimal discount on this watch.

AD price 7850 EUR
GREY price 7600 EUR

I got mine 3 weeks ago.

In Japan the BLNR is nearly impossible to find. The LVC you can get in a day.

The original 16610 LV used ( a Z I saw last week) was going for $8,500. Crazy. A NIB I was told is $13,000.

I have them both here on my personal home "display"

Ok, putting aside the snob joke moment, I've been traveling the past few days (actually got back home this very morning)and had the chance to check Rolex availability in Frankfurt and Stavanger and regarding Subs and Gmts, all I could find was a 116710LN in Stavanger. Both the BLNR and LV-c were out of stock at the moment !!!!

Funny thing is that I'd never realize that I own two "hard to find" models ! I bought both here in São Paulo (BLNR last year and the LV-c 3 months ago) and both were in stock. However, they told me at my AD that the BLNR is still being sold like water, more than the LV-c.

Lovely picture.

I think water is fresh and free in Stavanger
Don't think they are "sold like water" there....

Had a little browse around Cardiff earlier, both Crouch and WoS had the LVC in stock, both claimed to have had a BLNR in stock in the last 10 days but had customers waiting who snapped them up straight away.

According to my AD here in Vancouver, the LV has a long waiting list - currently at 7 months. A number of people on the LV waiting list are from China. The BLNR can be easily obtained in a month or two.

Lucky color this year I am told. Lvc sales are high as a result.

You can find a few LVc (both new and pre-owned) in the gray market here, although you still need to wait for a while to get one from ADs. The BLNR is still in the high demanding level in both gray market and ADs here.

The LVc is quite common in the Washington DC area AD's. The BLNR pops up from time to time but is less common. Still, I don't imagine that it would be hard to get if you walked in with 8,950 in hundreds and said here, I'd like a BLNR...
