I see other reported listings are removed quickly as usual, strange.
I'm seriously thinking about buying this fake watch and making use of my buyer protection or retracting my bid if the listing is still up tomorrow

Something just doesn't seem right, At least 13+ reports on this fugazi and STILL is up for auction?!? How many reports would it take... I'm guessing unlimited since eBay really want to get their fees.

I was thinking about just being the high bidder and simply not paying.

This was my last message to the scammer last night, and the response.

Dear aand6262_uzj9rskuq,

My question still stands. I'm interested in the watch in the second photograph, the other one is a $5 Chinese Junker. Which one are you selling?

- cryten

Dear cryten,

Wow you obviously have no clue whatyou are talking about..because ITS THE SAME WATCH.. why are you still messaging with me.? ...

- aand6262_uzj9rskuq

I'm going to miss our daily contact, I feel we got to know each other quite well over the days of the auction. Her as the scammer, Me as the enquiring mind wanting more information on the watch in the second photograph. These online romances never end well though, she's probably a fat, bald, middle aged man called Steve.

I'm still stunned that ebay did nothing about such an obvious scam though.

Someone won the watch and then blasted her on the feedback. Good show.

I'm not sure how eBay handle these type of situations but it seems that for every scam account they shut down "IF" they shut it down, 10 more pop up.

The scammer sent me this photo after "she" ended the auction early. It was probably a mistake and intended to be sent to the victim, as if I was to be honest, we weren't getting on that well.

I'll even go out on a limb here and suggest that either this girl chews her fingernails and does a lot of manual labour, or she's a he.

The "fingernail chewing diet" hoping "she" don't get caught before the auction ends. Most likely to be a he.

The saga continues... Same fake watch, under a new eBay account, with same "divorce" story. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Rolex-Mens-S...item25a8d68339

Reported!!

It's the same account, the victim of the last transaction has removed their negative feedback.

Reported, it's amazing what people try to get away with (apparently multiple times), and that many bidders don't even bother to cross reference the photos in the listing with photos of authentic pieces.

This guy clearly isn't the sharpest tool in the shed. Last time he had photos of two different watches, this time he has photos of the same watch, but one when he'd just bought it from a shifty guy on the streets of Bangkok, and the others after he wore it for a while and the pearl fell off.

Old photo (No 4 in the listing). Just returned from Bangkok and very proud of his bargain "Rolex"

New photo (No 1 in the listing). The pearl fell off and he's probably realised it's a POS. Ebay time.

aand6262_uzj9rskuq (to make the scammer's ID searchable)

It sold for a second time. This seems to be an experienced scammer as he ended the auction early again, thereby avoiding any action by ebay (as if they were going to do anything anyway). He must be disappointed to only get $1.8k this time though

I wonder if victim number two will return it like victim one did.
