What's the next? Trade which one for which?
I would trade the TT Daytona for a Steel version. Would also sell the Explorer 2 since it would serve the same "use case" as the Explorer 1. Then get a BLNR to add some Blue.

TT SubC black to replace the TT Daytona.
I would also suggest a YG piece with color (YM II, SubC Blue, etc.) to round out the collection. |

Just gift me the black daytona. Out of pitty. I can afford my sub.... Just. So you would be giving me my Grail. And how great would that make you feel? Really cleanse the soul. Then you have space for that Lange.

As much as I think it's one of the best TT Rolexes, trade the Daytona.

I'd add a GMT Master II. BLNR or TT. Or white gold Pepsi if that's possible.
If one must go- TT Daytona. |

A BLNR gets my vote. Send me the EXP and the tt Daytona - I'll take care of them for you.

You might not like this but I'd get rid of everything except the SS Daytona, though I could make a case for keeping your Hulk Sub. You need a GMT, one replaces both Explorers. The black bezel face with the green GMT hand is my suggestion. The Black/blue bezel on the new GMT is very casual and on a polished SS bracelet it just didn't work for me. Anyway, your President and TT Daytona trade for a SeaDweller or, if you have the wrist a deep sea. This is somewhat redundant for the Sub but the case to keep your Sub is that it's a Hulk. So now you have a SS Daytona, a GMT, maybe a sub, or trade the sub for a no date Sub (unique), and here's the twist: along with trading the President and TT Daytona for a sea dweller, you should get far more than just one sea dweller for those, you get a Cellini as your dress watch. So by my count you have a SS Daytona, a Sea Dweller/Deep Sea, a no date Sub or you Hulk Sub, and a Cellini. And best of all 3 available spaces for Patek, Vacheron, AP, IWC or what comes from Rolex in the future. Good luck!

Nice collection. A sense of budget would be helpful- let's see- you've got 2 black dial explorers, 2 Daytonas, a DD and a Hulk. I agree with losing the TT Daytona and an Explorer for sure. I would go PM and probably a smurf. You get WG in the mix and some color with the blue dial/bezel. The absence of a GMT is conspicuous though. Sell both explorers and the TT Daytona. Get a BLNR and a smurf. Then you'll have 5 watches and there will be that empty slot you have to fill. Next!

I would go two
1) YG DD & Explorer I for New DD 40mm in Platinum 2) TT Daytona & Explorer II (and Hulk if needed) for BLRO Not sure if the math works out, but that is what I would do. The new DD40 and BLRO are must haves, you have too many SS Rolexes and not enough precious metals. |
