Sometimes guys like to play around a little with their watches.

There is nothing wrong in having a different dial installed, if one retains the original, and it is restored or capable of being restored to original in the event of it being sold.

But whilst one owns the watch, there is no reason not to use or modify it as one sees fit, so long as the original integrity of the watch can be restored.
