Being from the UK Eddy, you are liable for 20% VAT still. Lucky if you get away with it! I don't see how you can claim back GST and not be liable for 20% VAT for the import.

yeah bit confused on how this all works to be honest, i think im just gonna wear the watch back and ship back the box/papers
