Really wanted to get that croc strap and Rolex SS buckle.
Save yourself some money IMHO Rolex straps a very overpriced and not the best quality considering the money paid.

Thanks, I know they are overpriced... I've purchased Hirsch and B&S straps and love 'em. Just wanted a Rolex strap and buckle for varying personal options.

I call the BS flag. Rolex rules are so fcuking inconsistent it's absolutely crazy! It is the primary reason I send my watches for service to independent watchmakers like Rikki. No drama and straight up no BS.

Huh?
Does your watch have aftermarket repairs?
Even if it does just buy that band elsewhere, probably save $, and RSC won't get the extra income.

Tell them over at the RSC to take a walk to 47th st and see what goes on to their precious watches over there! After they told you that, I hope you don't plan on going back to them! You can get any Rolex strap or any part for that matter at a million places in NYC.......... and a lot cheaper!!!

I'm surprised they did choke hold you with your arm back behind your back and throw you out onto the street with a never come back here again thrown in for good measure.

It's absolutely asinine how RSC treat these issues. NY is a nightmare with this stuff.

I had this happen at Tourneau back in the 90s, believe it or not. Had to be a replacement strap on a model originally having a strap, otherwise no go. That was BEFORE eBay....hee, hee.
