Thanks gents. That's a YG DD 40.

I had a DD2, I must say this watch wears much smaller than the DD2, how can the small difference allow for this? Well, the case length is much shorter, just the width is narrower. This watch is elegant like the 36, just more presence in the most subtle way. The only true way is to try on all three side by side. No matter how big a fan you might be of the 36 or the DD2, you will see the appeal to the 40. Rolex got it right!
