No huff here!...When i posted the pic, i didn't put up a poll to see what anyone thought of them? People were interested, so I shared what was quoted as "pretty cool cufflinks". Thats all. You said it best when you called them a "novelty item". I didn't think the TRF Rolex Police would tell me what there opinion on them was, nor do i care. A wise man once told me, "Opinions are like ass____s, and Camaro's, everybodys got one"!

If you don't like opinions, don't post on forums.
Next time a wise man tells you something, you might want to listen.
...now that's wise!

Nice 'Crown' cuff-links. Go down a storm at a TRF GTG.
I prefer them to the ones with the name of an upmarket fashion house on them.
I don't like the idea of playing into the hands of these outfits that aim to create a mindset that the brand per se is "cool/trendy/sophisticated/desirable" regardless of the type/quality of their product.
Bit like cheap T shirts with Rolex/YSL/whatever printed on them in big letters - So?

I don't have a Camaro

No need to get your Alan's in a twist, it's just a forum. Post a pic of your Rolex instead and see how many positive response you receive

Have a hardtime looking at these trademark infringement items...less so bc they are fake, more so bc the quality looks horrendous. Just my 2 cents so as long as you enjoy.

I do like those crown cuff links. These days I only have a couple of shirts that require links so I keep using the two sets I own, a simple rounded WG with my initials and squared YG with jade stone I bought in the 80s. I used to have the ones with garnet, my birth stone and YG but have no idear where they're at anymore.

These cufflinks further perpetuate the stereotype the general public has regarding the average Rolex owner.

Nothing in your collection that's understated? Perhaps some nice 14-18 carat gold with your initials? An heirloom set passed down from your father or grandfather? Playboy cufflinks?!? Really?!?

I didn't want to thread crap in his giveaway thread since his gift is a nice gesture. But did you see the box that these crown cuff links come in? How can this not be considered counterfeit???
