I'm still waiting to hear. I'm hoping to get it back from the Christmas season. I have been in touch with my service contact at apsc. She will pass on my description to the service team "when the watch arrives". It had been a week, I hope it already arrived. Anyway, i explained my issue in detail to the service lady at RDV and she got it wrong on the ticket which is why I had to send a message ditect to AP. I felt better afterwards. I'll keep you posted.
