No Warranty Card ?
Two weeks ago I bought a DJ11 RHD DI dial from an AD in Sarasota, Florida. Its a reputed chain store but the watch did not come with a warranty card. When I asked about this, they said they do not keep the warranty card at the store and instead it will be mailed to my house in about 2 weeks. The Rolex booklet reads "Every Rolex watch comes with a warranty card that certifies its authenticity. This warranty card must be completed and dated by your Official Rolex Jeweler at the time of purchase."
I'm just wondering if mailing it out to the house is a new practice and if anyone else had similar experience at Mayors or at other stores? |
