Both Rolex clasp and " the exact same NATO strap " are our favorite on the 14060

Google search acierinox swiss. They sell rolex buckles but for $52 or so I got strap with the buckle. Great watch!

Right!? That's what's so confusing about this to me.

Polishing smooths out the sharp edges, no matter how skillful the polisher.

Right. I get that. I've done plenty of polishing work on metal myself, just not on watches. There is a massive difference between a very minor polishing job and a heavy polish or refinishing job. The teeth are still there BUT it lacks optical contrast due to the finish of the inside of the scallops being polished, making the teeth of the bezel appear "softer" than they are. Same on Passionata's 14060 and other untouched Subs and GMTs that have a shinier finish inside the scallops. For the Subs that don't have that shiny finish, it gives more optical contrast between the finished and makes the teeth appear sharper.

have been touched up before. rsc guys taught me to look at the lugs graining. the graining on the front side of the lugs always looks unique on factory sets.
