The appearance of a Rolex is very subjective and made a lot worse by the fact that it has a large chunky bracelet.

In my opinion (please not I said in my opinion) Rolex SS models look good. Form follows function, it looks cool and is relatively under the radar. It is what Rolex is all about.

Then there is yellow gold which in my very very very humble and worthless opinion looks vulgar because it screams Rolex. (Please note I did say in my very very very humble and worthless opinion.)

TT in my very very very humble and worthless opinion looks like it was designed to be worn by a pimp. Sorry but it is neither fish nor fowl and looks unbalanced. (please note I did say in my very very very humble and worthless opinion.)

Diamonds on a mans watch are beyond comment.

This is my very very very humble and worthless opinion and I mean to offend no person be they a Rolex wearer or a Forum Moderator. I am but a humble man who thinks that a SS Rolex watch is total perfection and is how it was meant to be.

I suspect, however, I am not alone in my opinions.

Regards

Mick

The greatest selling model Rolex has ever sold (supposedly) is the TT DJ. Furthermore in this day and age, gold toned watches abound from Diesel to Michael Kors... many of which are similar in styling to Rolex. So you may not be alone in your opinion (especially here on TRF where the SS sports crowd dominate) but probably in the minority in the real world.

agree with you when it comes to sport watches - gold contradicts the idea of a tool watch; but imo the DD has a place and the DateJust belongs in two tone

as for the sky dweller not really sure what to make of it..what is it? it is a sport watch? it doesn't look like a dress watch it would look good in steel in my opinion

Meth kingpin's bling.

How else can you spend the money? You can't put that much cash in the bank. It will eventually be seized and auctioned off. Everybody can have their chance on it then.

Not for me but I do crack up at all the folks that go out of their way on threads like this to post bashing it and probably before anything, first and foremost, even before you can consider for one second actually purchasing it, you can't afford it!!!
