When I ring it up here this is the message:

"This model is not part of your region's online selection.
Official Rolex Retailers can provide assistance with any watch in the Rolex collection".

Looks like it just won't show up on the regional web page but the local AD can get it.

Just wondered:
1. Why no-one has this model; and
2. Can one get this dial swapped in as an aftermarket Rolex modification by Rolex USA?

The cherry looks very similar to the 'red grape' dials on the Oyster Perpetual models, save that the cherry has the injection of more red into the colour.

Its cherry-ripe but seems like no one is up for the picking
The price is quite significant, so I dare say, there are a lot of other alternatives for that price.
Generally, I would have to say the DD in YG is a far more popular model than in WG.
