They are looking at a small SS models box and when she opens it its a PT model box but could also be a lady-datejus with diamonds or something like that.

Nah.

All three have the watches, whatever they are, and have been sworn to secrecy. Rolex has done these types of reveals before.

So now I can say I know what it means...
- Lindsey has fallen in love with Michael, but she's having Roger's baby and they all will live in a new Rolex hut on the mountain.
