Good on ya, and as I pointed out - it was actually cheaper to go all OEM for the things you actually needed ... vs that conversion kit.

Here it is, the final product... 2 in 1 15400ST with all OEM parts. It looks tight but not uncomfortable on my wrist since I want to break in the leather over time. Personally Im loving the look and functionality of this setup. What are your thoughts?

Total cost combined (strap, plots, screws bought from the boutique + deployment claps thru 3rd party) $1,185 vs $1,6xx (originally quoted from the boutique for everything)

That looks great! I've been considering doing that myself to my RO.

That looks great. I've been thinking of getting plots, buckle, and City of Sails strap for my silver 25860. I think you're pushing me over the edge!

I will say...do it! I love the end results, it looks completely different on a leather strap, the case jumps more to the eyes, plusI dont get to beat up the bracelet on daily use

Been following this and really liking the look...More pics please! I may be in the minority here but I think the black dial would look great paired with the brown strap too.

Love it mate - that looks stunning! Will likely do the same for my 15400 blue when Fall hits...some nice brown leather for me!

Yes it does, to my eyes the case jumps more on the strap that on the bracelet!

Ohhh the blue one, my friend Takuya just got one in stock, got me thinking once, twice and twrice about swapping...but want to put it in leather too, what color though? You say brown...I would say dark blue, as long AP carries it should be fine.
