Good luck Arnaud. I think they're going to tell you it's your fault and the watch was dropped, banged, or somehow mishandled. I'm not saying it was, but be prepared for that.

In light of Martin’s comment, Arnaud, I should say that I spoke with the ever-delightful Alastair in London, to see if he’s came across such a case.
He said that timekeeping and looking to see if there’s signs of the movement having taken a knock will be the first thing done in assessing the situation, but it might be that they (Paris) will send the watch or case back to Switzerland, to the manufacture dept, for them to determine if it’s a structural defect or contact with something that’s cause it.
He couldn’t say how it’d go, since it’s not something he’s ever come across – previous instances of case damage have been user error, so simple and straightforward to remedy.

So, good luck and do keep us informed as to how it progresses – and hopefully you’ll not be without it for too long.

Well in this case they will clearly see that it wasn't even hit one time, if it is just chipped I don't mind really, better if it didn't have that but hardly visible, where I won't be happy is if it is cracked, more serious in this case it is serious and clearly a fabrication problem

Top notch AP service

I gave my watch to AP, they are sending it to Le Brassus, it will be analysed, estimated time 8 weeks, fine by me.

While there i tried a few beauties, didn't take pics on sight but here are the ones I tried, the last one is my diver with it's new strap, the skeleton is simply amazing
