Do you guys use the easy link extension on the bracelet for optimal fit?

On my BLNR, it is always out. EXP II, never.

This. The EL should be used to adjust for a larger fit when necessary. If you're using it for daily use, I'd recommend playing with the micro-adjustments to see if you can get a better fit.
