Nope. I know for a fact I can $9500 right now. I'm sure whoever is looking for this model when they see it they would pay $10,300 for it. It still has over four years of warranty left and is almost perfect. I could be wrong but then I would only be off by $800.

Dude I would absolutely love to see your watch on your wrist. Unfortunately the watch and your shirt are hiding your wrist so the picture you provided does not give me a very good image. Do you have any other pictures? Thanks!

Since you already have the must have Rolex (the BLNR IMHO) already, I would take the dive. The AP 44's are just awesome. The ceramic bezel takes care of your scratch worries. The watch has awesome wrist presence and the right combination of the strap (short or std) is super comfortable. I have the RG and FC versions. The FC wears much smaller than the size would indicate due to the fact that it's all black. If you went with either the FC or the CE, you don't have to worry about scratches on any part of the watch. Try them all on. first If you want something that is not too heavy, the FC is your ticket. It's super light. The RG and SS models have some heft to it. I can't comment on the CE version. Good luck on your search.

It helps if you take care of your watches and don't bang them into stuff: if you do, in my view probably shouldn't be wearing a luxury watch in the first place, or get a beater for the rough stuff.

i also have a 6.5" wrist....i have a few wristshots of the 44s on my IG where the wrist is visible, i can also post them tomorrow if someone can remind me!
i will agree on the comfort factor - it is surprisingly comfortable.

BUT....my personal opinion, i like the 41 ROC and the 42 ROO better on me. There are shots of those in my IG as well.

Well it's official. There is not a 44mm AP anywhere in the city of Atlanta Georgia. New or secondhand.

Ok here is a Hublot 45mm Big Bang. How does it look on me? It's the best I find to compare to the AP 44mm.

Thanks Peter. They all look great on you. What are you thoughts on the Hublot on me avove? I'm not getting that piece but it is a 45mm so it is the closest I could find to compare to the ROO 44mm I want to get. Thanks.

The lugs are sticking out of the width of wrist. Looks like you can stick a finger between the lug and wrist on either side.

because it's a Hublot
That Hulot lugs stick out of your wrist more than AP. I tried both of them before.

OP I would check height diff between RO you're interested in and the Hublot. Unless there are several mm difference in height, IMO the 44mm RO is probably a bit large on you.

Nope. It was tight.

It's not the height I am worried about but the length

for what its worth, the Hublot you tried on for comparison was way too big, and the AP may be as well but the proportions/shape of the AP case makes it much more wearable on a smaller wrist. So while it may break the "rule" of hanging over your wrist, because of the shape that should not necessarily be a deal breaker. First of all the octagonal bezel helps as its flat sides are at both the top and bottom of the wrist and helps give the illusion of it not hanging over as much (especially the black ceramic bezel on either the steel or gold 44mm), and you don't get that same effect on a more rounded bezel watch, those tend to make you look like you are wearing a small dinner plate on your wrist. Also the end of the case on a ROO hugs the wrist much more than the Hublot in your example as that watch really hung over the ends of your wrist instead of immediately curving inward toward your wrist. You will probably be ok with either a 42 or 44 ROO as they wear fairly similarly and don't get too discouraged by the fact that the 45mm Hublot clearly didn't fit. Ive seen lots of pictures of AP's on small wrists and they never look as bad as a Hublot on a small wrist. comparing apples and oranges.

a) Only you can decide if 44mm is the right size for you. 6.5" wrist can be round, or it can be flat, either way a watch would wear differently. Spontaneously 44mm is on the big size for 6.5".

b) I don't think you'll get quite $10,300 for the 116613, but not far from it, most likely south of $10K.

c) Yes, Royal Oak bezels will show wear but is life.

Best of luck!

I meant height as in 12:00 lugs to 6:00 lugs, not case depth, sorry for confusion.

I have 6.75 (flat) wrist size and it's mystery for me how 44 looks good on some 6.5 wrists... I tried 44 SS and it looks ridiculous on my wrist... totally unwearable and out of place...

Be sure to wait until you get one on the wrist. Everyone has their own opinion about what looks good on them. My wrist is 7" and flat and the 44s feel large but passable
