Depends on what part of Houston as to how effective this would be for you, but there is an AD in College Station (David Gardner) they are really great to work with, they also have an in house Rolex Watchmaker. While I have not had any service work done there I have talked to their watch guy many times, his name is Jerry, he is really good to work with.

I took the liberty to call them and make sure they were ok with me posting this and to verify they could handle a '73 Sub. If you want more info PM me anytime.
