As for the design…all I can say is that it’s about time AP hired someone who understands the term legibility.

I’ve commented previously about how stupid that looks, so I shall refrain from repeating myself, again.

I agree 1000% on everything said!!!
I like (actually, I must have), legible watches. If you can't read them (the time), then what do you have?
Yes, I use my watch to find out the time at a quick glance! Often while driving. Which is sometimes while running late. Or while listening to someone talk when I just want to leave. A quick shift of my eyes and I know the time. While finishing lunch, thinking about the million things I need to do, & wondering what time it currently is, etc.
I am not interested one bit in analyzing the watch to read the time! ;)

Thanks everyone - been wearing it daily and the only complaint I have is the lume...compared to my 5711 it seems dull, but everything else about the 15400!is a dream!

It could be interesting if you have a few hours to kill and don't know what to do...

I have a certain tolerance when it comes to legibility, I can accept not the best legibility in the world, but the lack of it on this AP chrono is just amazing, even while trying to read the time you have a very hard time, when I got a RG daytona on strap, the fashion was for the chocolate dial, sure looks nice and all, but the grey dealer who sold it to me told me it was hard to read, so I managed to look at the dial when it wasn't too bright, and sure enough I couldn't make it out, so I got the ivory dial, not a PP 5167 legibility of course, but it was ok...
