I asked my sister what she thought and she said it looked weird without the bezel. You guys were right, time to put the bezel back on.

A diver without a bezel - or a GMT without one for that matter - is just an Explorer with an extra mm...

Ah yes, the Colonel Kurtz as it were... The only time this looks cool to me is if you have a 4 or 5 digit reference that has been beat to hell and the bezel has come off on its own using the watch as it was meant to be used.

Or just get an Explorer. The most overlooked sport watch Rolex makes.

Sorry, IMO that looks pretty 'bad'. Unfinished and makes a genuine piece look like a bashed up fake.
