AD loves cash transaction, as long as you are willing to walk away with that money, you have the upper hand. I insisted on 20% and they finally relented at 18%. However appealing the visa infinite may look, the cash is the best psychological game to play when making a deal.

Was taught by some really cool OGs who have been around the block for 20+ years.

Move that yachtmaster to get the PP. Not a fan of those at all. Great collection!

Something could always be arranged. Members here have organised a get together before, maybe we could do one next month.

Awesome watch! Sounds like it's time for a larger watch box!

TBH was thinking the exact same thing. I also have a Frank Muller somewhere given to me by an Ex. Flipping both would probably cover the costs of a 5711 when the time comes.

Gorgeous, just gorgeous, but I still feel a little self conscious wearing a full PM watch. 5711/1A will be my next purchase for sure! Maybe in a few years I will upgrade to the 1R version

It's not even RG, it's a stainless steel coated in RG paint of some sort. it's a Mido Barochelli 2 with a modified ETA 7751 Valijoux movement, I am not much of a dress watch person, and this was a gift from my fiancée. She just got her CFA and I bought her a Cartier, she gave me this as a surprise gift.

Although not exactly horological excellence, it's a decent watch with an OK movement. Very sentimental piece, as she saved up for a while to get it.
