If it were me I'd be going pm. A white dial Daytona, silver dial DD and blue sub would be the contenders

Well probably you should have bought the date version or the batman and you wouldn't need another watch

sheesh, $30K I'd start looking at Lange or PP... but really, what do YOU like the best?

Agree with this. You are going about it in an interesting way....decide on the watch, then determine how to make it work..

I guess you have to ask yourself, dress watch or another sport watch?

If a dress watch maybe some sort of Patek, maybe a 5227 or 5146?
If another sport watch do you want steel or precious metal? If precious metal maybe a white gold Rolex GMT or Daytona? If steel, maybe a Patek 5711 or 5712 or AP Royal Oak ultra thin?

Since I like comfort over PM lately, I would consider PP 5167/5164, and getting a couple steel like BLRN and AP 15400/AP Diver.
And of course there is the 5711/5712. Along with AP 15202.
But if you want comfortable gold there is the 116655, PP 5167R or other gold on a strap.
Full PM bracelet watches are heavy and for me (my wrists are small), I like the comfort of Rubber/SS.
In my opinion some of those above choices are the best of the best in terms of comfort, quality, finishing, and beauty.
Go to Rolex, AP and PP ADs and try as many on as you can and see what really pulls your heartstrings.
Good luck, a fun adventure awaits and don't rush it, take your time.

After I got my Subc I decided on a PM Rolex next and a couple of times after that, so take your best fancy.

5711 or 5712. A new 5712 is slightly over ur budget though

Great advice. You can get a number of great watches for $30k.

Wow what a swing huh? From one end of the spectrum to the other.

Full metal oyster bracelet vs. oysterflex vs. leather strap vs. presidential bracelet- you are all over the place between day date, YG sub, skydweller, daytona - all in that price range but all varied bracelets.

So here is my suggestion: don't get black dial, don't get WG. You have that look already.

Do you need Lume to see the dial at night? Kiss the skydweller goodbye.
Hate the idea of rubber? Kiss they YM goodbye.

Send me a PM when you choose.

Add a Patek 5227, and you've got two watches for everything.

Really, the sky is the limit.

A DD40 or PM sub is most likely the direction I would go...to balance out your current sub.

But, as Seth said, definitely take your time and pick the watch that you like first...and then think about the price.

I'd go vintage cosmograph - there are some lovely examples on this forum, finding one might be your problem..... But well worth the hunt for that type of budget.

I would get a UN Freak because I always loved that watch. Not sure if 30k$ is enough though.
