Why don't you Brits use "that," rather than "which," in a restrictive clause? Or is the problem with Jessamyn West? Would Dr Johnson have written the above? And how about some commas while we're at it?

I don't care about the language, but I wouldn't mind banning the morons who sit by their computers all day long so they can post (90 seconds after a thread starts) with something like "I don't know anything at all about what you're talking about, but someone will be along soon to answer your question."

I guess that the "morons" in question are genuinely attempting to convey a warm welcome to the o/p since these types of threads are generally the first post of a newbie whose burning question brought them here in the first place.

But honestly I only think people who are English majors, graduate students, or grammar Nazis would have gotten it in the first place. Not because other people are dumb but that most people will not spot a technical error as the one you pointed out.
