Well I'm single and I'm pretty sure that doesn't have much to do with it. Stupidity appears to be the common denominator with respect to this type of theft.

I sort of pegged the common denominator as being drugged.

Everyone says they shouldn't be bringing young girls back to their house as if gold digging hasn't been a thing since the dawn of time. But I digress.

I told you guys once, it happened to a friend of mine. I guess about 3 years ago. he met a very attractive lady at a very nice wine bar. Mingled and talked, decided to go to his place. he wakes up at 4:00 am, no watch, no wallet, all his wine is gone, all his art, some midwest pottery, etc.

He didn't remember virtually anything after getting to his house and pouring both of them a glass of wine. She obviously took her time, he said the entire house was thoroughly looked through. She drove an SUV, now that's planning ahead.

He reported to police and when he started describing her they knew exactly who she was.

The smaller heads were doing the thinking over the bigger heads.

Glad I'm married and no longer on the prowl. Idiots trying to regain their youth and revel in their wealth got what they deserved.

Man you guys are such tough internet heroes. Blaming the victim is so wrong, they didn't steal the watches, the women did. How can there be any way to view it other than that.
