Okay, here's an update.
I'm home all morning waiting for the bell to ring when I get a PM from Thanh telling me that FedEx didn't deliver because no one was home. Good job by Thanh to notify me and lousy job by FedEx for not ringing the bell which is in working order by the way. I tested it.
Long story short, I called FedEx to see if they could re route the driver back to my house and I'm waiting for their reply.
