I do have the plan but I will work on the additional inserts for my 16710 first.

How easy (or difficult) to change the bracelet to rubber and vice versa?

Well, it depends. All I can say is you need practice and must not be afraid to scratch the lugs accidentally or carelessly. I have the proper tools, even so, there are scratches.
