As said the older models will be better for you, and as there are so many to choose from how about a birth year sub? Either way you'll have to do a lot of research if you are not buying new.

I too prefer the 5 digit reference model. Good luck with the hunt!

Rolex essentially ended for me with the 5 digit references. You'll be able to find a great 16610 pretty easily. Good luck!
