I can honestly say I have shipped off many Rolex's to the Rolex Service Centers and have seen even more that have returned and each time I was always impressed with their final finish quality. But I have seen some really botched jobs on the servicing of their movements.

My SS YM II 116680 was in due for service. The clasp had deep scratches, service center polished that area like new
